The End

Today is the end of the first pilot of House of Denim.
In a hour there will be a presentation for most of the people who made this entire possible,
so they can see the aprons, scrapbooks, moodboards.

I think it's a little bit sad this pilot is ended now, I really enjoyed the lectures, but it's ok.
Now I know so much more about denim, I can go further on my own and do research,
go to see companys and so much more.
It was a little peak into the enormous world of denim,

and I am certainly not done with it.

Tommy Hilfiger

Today we had a lecture at the headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger.
I never made the connection, Tommy Hilfiger with music,
but it is the leading theme through the brand.

They showed us the processes of the designs:
form the moodboards for different seasons
to linesheets with all the information for the production.
Also they showed three short videoclips about the brand itself,
the marketing and the Bread & Butter Fair in Berlin.

The videoclip about marketing showed the last campaign: The Hilfigers
The whole video was so inspiring.
Everything matched, you know it's a campaign
but it could be a family that really exists.

Today I saw the brand with a different view, 
it's really not that preppy as you think.
